Refund Policy for the 2026 Chicken and Seafood Boil

• Refunds will be issued for cancellations requested on or before July 6, 2026.
   

• Cancellation requests received after July 6, 2026 are not guaranteed. These refunds must be approved by the event chairman:

• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.
   

• Transaction Fees are non-refundable.
